Great collaboration platform with excellent support

I like how you can easily create new workflows for each agent (like what to do in case of an abandonment or something) as well all the integrations made easier by this tool. It's also super easy going if it doesn't have everything we need right away - which means our team has more flexibility when developing out custom features! Also there are some quirks here-and-there but they don’t take much time/effort from devs side so those issues were fixed soon enough without problems. We've been able…

  • Very intuitive UI, great support staff that is always available via email whenever needed with no response times longer then 24 hours max ! Great customer service too!!
Cons
  • Sometimes having trouble uploading screenshots sometimes due to internet connection issue
