It’s made awkward imo. the front is like normal panties, a little higher up than I’d like but like normal, they are a silk like panty, the back is very padded but has no elastic or anything on the top to hold them to you or down nor does it under the but so it kind of flaps around and my jeans slip on the material cause it’s so silky. I bought this hoping to get a smooth tighter look but since I already have a round bottom this just looked ridiculous. The fit was slightly tight around the hips but lose around the edges that hold your cheeks. For reference, I'm 5ft 128lbs with a flat tummy. I bought a small and I can’t fit into these things to save the world. So I cannot give a honest opinion about the fit or the comfort of these. But the material of them seems very comfortable and probably would make a good butt shaper. I wear a size 12W so I would recommend getting a large if you have a stomach and maybe a medium if you have hips. But once again that’s just me going off of my size and my top small pair that I bought.

I had purchased another brand and couldn't wear it with thin material clothing because the seams showed through the fabric and made my butt look like a circular padded swimsuit top. I purchased this product due to the seamless design. So glad I did! It is truly seamless. I wear a size 10 but had to order the XL. Even this size gives me a slight "muffin top" from the front. If you need a quick fix for a booty. look no further. The only downside is the sag of the what would be "butt cheeks" so I just suggest wear panties over them to make that part a tighter fit. Other then that, fits true to size and makes me look like I have a little junk in the trunk
