I was very skeptical with this purchase, but I glad I bought them. Initially after opening the package I thought, these are huge! But once I put them on they fit actually very nice. I purchased the beige pair. I normally wear those Haynes boy shorts and bikinis packaged underwear size 7 so if you want to compare I would definitely get a large if you are a size 7 underwear and have a medium frame my pant size is a 12. I did wear a pair of my own bikini underwear under them, my kind of extra security if you will. You couldn't even tell. But panty provided lift where I needed it and they were comfortable fitting. For the price they did exactly what I wanted it to do. They are a little hard but very comfortable to you on your skin. I do plan to purchase another pair or two. Three stars because material is thinner than expected, and there's only two colors of these panties if there were more I give them a five star.
