Good, quiet power supply.

When I realized that my 350 watt power supply in my computer wasn't enough to power my new GeForce graphics card, I set out to find the best one for me. I found this power supply at Revain which is just the ticket. There were good reviews and I bought it. I'm not disappointed one bit and I know I have years of warranty to cover me if it fails. I would always get at least a bronze level power supply. First, the warranty is significantly better than the base warranty. Second, the price difference

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Disappears

Recommended - Internal Power Supplies

Great little power supply for the price. Small things that could be improved: The plastic sheath that surrounds most cables is a bit large and gets lost, so it can be a hassle to manage cables. I haven't seen modular power supplies that have a little hook next to the cables to tie up unused cables, this one doesn't have one so you'll have to find your own way of managing each cable you have. do not use. That being said, a good choice if you're looking for a power supply and don't want to breakโ€ฆ

Bought on sale for $40, great for the price.

One star off because I wouldn't buy it at full price. But I bought it for $40 to replace my old power supply which started making horrible noises while playing some games. I just installed it, but so far it works well, is quiet, and delivers the performance I need. Will be updated if this changes. One feature my old PSU doesn't have is detachable cords for those you don't use. But this one cost me $40 and my last one was $100 (but 750W) so it's fine.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use

  • Can't remember

EVGA stands for quality and value.

I've built hundreds of new computers and repaired hundreds of broken ones. I've used many brands of PSUs, from the cheapest Chinese junk to premium brands like SeaSonic and Hewlett Packard to name a few. I've seen 3 new motherboards burn out in a row because of a cheap Chinese brand APower PSU that 'seemed' to be working fine, but wasn't working. EVGA PSUs are high quality, mid-range PSUs that I find economical and very reliable. That's why I bought this EVGA 600 Ba, 80 Plus Bronze 600W PSUโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Factor Set

EVGA is back on top!

EVGA consistently offers great prices on the PC parts they make and sell, and this is no exception! absorb more and more energy at high frequencies. However, if you want to build a low/midrange system, this is one of the best options. The cables are very flexible, which is one of the biggest problems. I have cable stiffness out of the box with Corsair modules, this unit doesn't have such issues. To be honest, I can't say much about the power supply as long as it does its job quietly andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Brilliantly Done
Cons
  • New Competitors Are Emerging

Bought two of these, haven't installed a second one yet.

The first has been running for more than two weeks without any problems. However, I'm a power saver and don't overload the clock or anything in life. need. My advice is to think small! A minimum of fans to get the job done right, skipping all those Christmas lights and expensive graphics cards. Also, use SSDs for everything.

Pros
  • There is something to this
Cons

Works perfectly; no metal

My desktop is ASUS PRIME X470-PRO, RX 580 and Ryzen 7 2700X. This power supply easily powers everything (my understanding is that I only need about 400 watts to power basically everything). I've read several reviews here that there was a loose piece of metal in the power supply when it arrived. The first thing I did was shake the PSU to see if I had this problem and I didn't. And just in case, I made sure I powered it up with a motherboard I didn't care about and it worked fine.

Pros
  • Handsfree
