Feel my muscles in 30 minutes

Provides you with the carbohydrates you need before your workout. This is great if you don't have time to eat carbs before a workout.

Good product. Taste needs improvement

Based on cherry flavor. Tastes like cough medicine. Next time I'll grab the watermelon again. The only way I can drink it is to mix it with Xtend BCAA.

didn't work for me! too expensive!

I have been taking this product every time since May 2019 and I can feel the difference in my workout results. It's like drinking Kool-Aid. I take a scoop before and during my workout. For my reasons the price is too high and I will use BIOS3 Intracell 7 again, it works very well for me for the price.
