The customer support is excellent. The customer service team listens to us as we explain our needs and helps us to find a solution. It was easy for my congregation to use when I first got them started with it (about 5 years ago). We love that they continued making updates over time and their support team are always there if you need assistance! The user-friendly interface allows easy navigation for anyone without coding experience. There's no other way I know of that could provide this level of customization with multiple views and functions including emailing newsletters on set days/weeks through an automated system. There are a few things that aren't as helpful/easy but it's understandable given what you're trying to accomplish. They have helped me keep track of membership, upcoming events, and donations so far and they've done well

I like that it makes everything easier for us as pastors. It helps keep track of everything so that we don't have to remember everything ourselves. Excellerate allows you to keep your church organized and in compliance with any legal requirements as well as help you to keep your members informed of upcoming events. The software also allows you to track all of your donations and is very easy to set up and manage. The system does not allow you to add more people to a specific group.
