Unreliable and Overpriced Emergency Light

I purchased this product for my workplace and was sorely disappointed with its performance. When I tried this product during a power outage, it failed to provide adequate illumination, leaving me and my colleagues struggling to see our way to safety. The price was also exorbitant for the results we ended up with. While it may tout its "Industrial and Scientific" credentials, it failed to live up to basic safety standards.

The light is on continuously and turns off when the power is turned off.

These lights were easy to install but they don't work as they should. We tried to contact the manufacturer, but without success. Swapped hot and neutral just to test, but same thing. The test function does not work and the power indicator does not work either. Update: Bought 2 more lights from another seller, different brand but exactly the same. The new lights work perfectly as soon as we plug them in. Exitlux has a very bad service. I think I'll throw these 2 broken lights in the trash as…
