I'm almost always a medium on shirts so I ordered a medium. Gave it 4 stars because on the armpit part, I can feel it a little tight, but its not super bad. I can still wear it n it doesn't bother me throughout the day and I won't be thinking about how it feels a little tight on the armpit part. I have several of these in different colors and wear them almost all the time. I especially like this brand because it has a roomy cut and is long enough (some brands are too short and narrow). Love the pockets and the beautiful cheerful patterns. Great bargain too. These are 100% cotton, so I didn't rate them on "stretch" since it is not applicable.
