Amazing cube for beginners!

I just got into cubing not too long ago and this cube was a great purchase. The turning feels excellent and I have zero complaints about the build quality.

Pros
  • The cube good, my son love it,but it still has no bag，a bit disappointed.
Cons
  • it explodes so easily, it exploded the minute I used it. BIG waste of money! DON'T BUY!

GAN is the BEST on my review.

My son is an avid cuber - his favorites are GAN, and this one did not disappoint. He loves this 2x2 and it's a great size to take with him and keep his hands busy. the magnets are great and the quality of GAN is the best, as always.

So Smooth! good for me

This was my first "real" cube and WOW so smooth I couldn't believe it! I am no pro for sure but if you are looking for something better than a standard rubix cube these GAN cubes are really great!

No As Described - my new review

The "251 M Air" IS NOT MAGNETIC! Even though the "M" means Magnetic & the descrpition state there are 48 Magnets in it there are 0 magnets in it . I took a 2"x2"x1" N52 neodymium magnet , (which has 150 Lbs of pulling force and will lift a butter knife off the table from a foot away) & moved it within an inch & no reaction from the cube

Beware of packaging

It's a great cube but beware the out side packaging is the same as the gan 251 pro. So if you order both it'll look like they sent you 2 pros and not at all the leap. This also happens with the valk 2m and lm.

Smooooth! for my opinion

People at work are amazed that it can be solved. I'm still slow at around a minute to solve. Getting better every day. Super smooth movements and that click of the magnet to hold in place is clutch

Gan is my Brand - my new review

I'm new to the cube world. a beginner. I purchased my first Gan speed cube - a 3x3 - not long ago. I was so impressed with how smooth and quick it was that I came back for a 2x2.The quality is obviously the same: smooth, swift action; sturdy construction; nice weight, good feel; bright appealing colors.It's a great cube and a great brand, from this novice's point of view. Cheers!

Falsely Advertised for my opinion

In the picture it shows that there is customizable magnet strength but when I got the package and opened it up I saw that there was none and the tensioning kept popping out every time I tried to change it. Very disappointed in this product.

Inaccurate web description

My son wanted this cube for Valentine’s Day. Delivery was very fast and the packaging looked good. However, when he unwrapped it, he got a sticker cube. The web description says "stickerless”.It is going right back to where it came from!

Didn’t Hold Up best in my review

My son used his birthday money to buy this and was soooo excited when it arrived. Within 10 days it was broken, just from regular use. Pretty disappointed kiddo!

Expensive and disappointing

This item arrived wrapped in plastic. The lid of the box says Pro, while the base of the box says Leap. (The Leap is what was ordered.) It does not include the screwdriver or any extra parts as stated in the item description. My child used their holiday money to purchase this and was so disappointed that it arrived incomplete. 40+ dollars is a lot for a kid, especially when there are so many other less expensive options for cubes. Returning for a replacement item that hopefully arrives new and…

Never buy this cube

Do not buy this cube ever! I was so excited the second I pulled out the cube to solve it but on its first turn it shattered into pieces. Trying to return it later but I thought GAN was better than this. That is absolute crap.
