Was pleasantly surprised with this fire truck. The people with it were not so great but I was in need of the truck for my 4yr old daughters birthday cake and it was perfect. I didn’t realize it had a moving ladder and 3 sounds. She loved it. The ladder supports that hold it in a raised position we’re small and plastic and broke the next day but it still extends in and out and she still likes it.

Great contact from the seller, making sure I got the item and everything. This makes just enough noise to keep my 2 year old entertained, but not enough to making it annoying. He absolutely loves the little figures that came it it, too.

The truck was delivered on time. Our grandsons both love the truck with the lights, sounds, and firemen. It was the perfect size to take on an airplane and could fit into our grandson's backpack to play with on the plane. (That is, we didn't use the lights and sounds, though!)

Part of the reason we purchased this truck was for the Fireman Sam figures, a well loved character in our house. No figures were included. We looked in all the recommended places, under the truck etc, and completely dismantled the box- none to be found. This was perfect for my 3 year old grandson. Lights and sound are a favorite. He loves fireman Sam but after reading the reviews that come from that company we decided against that fire truck. When I found this for a truck that included the fireman Sam figures I decided to try it. This is a great product. It came on time, packaging, no problems. Very, very satisfied.

The truck broke 10 minutes after my son got it (and he is a very gentle boy). The colouring of the characters is terrible and the characters are one piece, meaning, the arms and legs doesn’t move at all. Very disappointed with this product

We just got this firetruck, so I'm not sure on the durability just yet. As far as first impressions go, I think this is a very cute/cool little truck.Now, it is small and the doors do not open (which I already knew) but, again it's very cute and my son loves it.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson loves it. Good size. Runs great. The only issue is that it doesn't appear to be very durable. Time will tell. In the meantime I'm hearing sirens all day.

Nice truck. Seems durable so far. Ladder piston comes undone if raising ladder too far, but great lesson teaching my son how to fix it. A bit smaller than expected but perfect for my 2 yr old. Nice the sirens aren't too loud. Wheels rev up nicely and scoots it across the driveway.

I purchased this fire truck for a boy's 3rd birthday. He loved it. It was a nice size for him, bright red, sturdy, the lights and sounds worked good, the ladder was easy for him to use. I think he will enjoy it for a long time.

Great fire engine toy for my granddaughter, who is obsessed with Fireman Sam. It makes some noise, but only when the child pushes the buttons. My daughter LOVES this toy and I have to say I was impressed as I opened it up. She asked Santa for a fire truck and this was exactly what she wanted. I love the sound it makes when you push it around.like a real siren! I would recommend this toy for sure.

I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my autistic grandson who loves firetrucks and fireman Sam thinking it was a very good look a like . When it got here it was way smaller then I expected and some of the parts seem kind of flimsy ie the ladder and such. the figures are WAY smaller then expected as well not even sure they would be safe for the age stated . Well i guess live and learn and maybe pay the extra and go with the real deal and get what you really want.
