I took this to run a screen from an HDMI source across the room. It wasn't great, but it was the best option to install. The installation got stuck and I had to disconnect both ends and reset the source to get it working again. It was a nuance, but it worked well when it worked. It was until yesterday The transmitter is dead. Less than 3 months of use and it died. I do NOT recommend buying if you will be using it frequently.

I've been wearing these shoes everyday for over 2 years now and I'm really impressed. For the price I expected them to break or stop working after a few months but they have proven to be reliable. Unfortunately this does not work with multiple HDMI sources on multiple HDMI displays. I've tried category 6 cables and 2 different category 5e cables, all shorter than 100 feet. All 3 cables worked, I can connect them to other devices. This product took longer than expected to ship, which stunned me when it arrived and was not working. This is a really good product and my first impression was very positive. I installed this in a communications closet about 25 feet from the TV. I am using an Xbox 360 which connects to a transmitter and connects to a receiver via Cat5. The receiver is then connected to my LG TV.
