Cheap quality, be careful. To separate the 2 pins from the 8 pins, the double pin must be pushed all the way forward. This is normal, but the wires aren't crimped tight enough in the socket so you can just peel off the plastic and expose the wires. Be careful!

The same 2 wires were badly crimped on at least 2 of the 4 units purchased. Very insecure. Impossible to repair without buying additional parts and tools. but I plan to replace once a replacement from a better supplier arrives. While team profit would be safe for my mining, it is not.

Extension cords are fine and do the job, but someone needs to make flex cords long enough from plug to plug so you don't have to buy extension cords. Straight cables are always better. Extension cords are bulky and bulky on connectors. Also, I didn't need a double wife, but that was about all I could find in that length.

I was planning to use this with a 1660 Super/Ti mining farm. However, there is an extra piece of plastic on the 6+2 pin side where the 2 pin connects to the 6 pin. This causes GPU PCB damage on several of my 1660 ti/super cards (MSI Ventus 1660 TI and Supers and MSI 1660 Gaming X). Technically it still works and powers the cards. These splitters came in packs of two which means they cost about $10 each. The quality and durability of these cables justify the price, especially when compared to other products currently on the market. I currently use them for cryptocurrency mining and use these splitters to increase the number of GPUs I can connect. Knowing my splinters are pretty safe is great. The only thing I didn't really like was the 18 AWG cable. I would prefer all my wire to be 16 AWG, and if this brand makes 16 AWG…
