Great investment! Surprisingly easy assembly and installation. Water tastes great!

At first I was intimidated by all the connecting hoses. I thought it would take a long time to assemble and unless I hire a professional I would have leaks everywhere. I called dozens of plumbers and handymen and none of them would help me install this thing. Your loss and my gain because the assembly and installation was very easy. I even managed to install the main components in my basement and route 1/4 of the hose for easy access to the kitchen sink. Everything is sealed, the water is…

Terrible tech support

First I have to say the system was very easy to install and the manual was easy to follow with the different color coded hoses. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE SYSTEM NEVER WORKED. MY TDS READING WAS HIGHER THAN WATER COMES OUT OF THE TAP. I HAVE CHECKED MY CONNECTIONS SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE CONNECTED LIKE THE DIAGRAM. Excellent device with excellent instructions

I am very happy with this device. What really stood out were the great instructions. I was used to horrible instructions in small print on cheap paper, machine-translated from Chinese. It definitely wasn't. They were printed in colour, on decent paper, in legible type! Thanks Express Water! Took almost 3 hours to install but that was mainly due to my inexperience with plumbing and poor design done by someone who did the original work.
