Very, very cheap. in Brackets

For hanging an Epson projector on the wall. The bracket is made of flimsy flimsy clumsy metal. So terrible! It's sensitive to vibration and difficult to adjust because it doesn't have a large range. Did I mention it's really ugly? Reminds me of a metal mounting kit - cheap and flimsy. I wish I didn't even have to install the projector with this mount, but I had an event and needed to install it. I wish I could just shell out an Epson holder.

It's durable and does the job

It's durable and does the job. Points are not deducted for his goal, but for instructions that were completely wrong and forced me to improvise. The parts were imprecisely marked which made it very difficult at first until I decided to just flip it. Wall/ceiling screws are concrete screws, so be prepared to have extra screws and anchors if you're doing drywall like I did. Holds up well and serves its purpose. Works as described but strange screws

Works as described and definitely worth the price. I'm very happy with the purchase BUT the instructions are minimal and I had to look at pictures of it together (from Revain's listing) to figure out how to put it together. It comes with some very weird screws/metal wall anchors that I didn't know how to use. This seems to be the trend for this type of screw. Everyone says they are weird and end up not using them. i'm in the same boat I took the screw to Lowes and they recommended not using it,

Works for the price

Works but build quality is okay. The screws aren't the best, but they work well if you don't use too much force on them or they could strip the threads. Use hand tools, not power tools. I used a wall mount. The metal could be a bit stronger so that, for example, vibrations are not transmitted to the projector when someone slams the door. I have an Optoma DLP projector. Note. It is better to use wooden studs for the wall mount as you are not sure how much pressure the anchor and drywall screw…

I had no problems with that. Maybe some drywall anchors would be fine, but I would never use those old anchors when there are EZ anchor types now. So if they sent 4 of these that would be the only improvement that would impress me I think. I originally intended to mount it on the ceiling but decided that using a wall extension gave me another important facility. I'm glad I did.
