Allowed me to convert my 3-pin Tycoon socket to a single-ended (3-pin has 2 positive electrodes; the center electrode is surrounded by a ring electrode - both positive - and a negative filament electrode) Socket extension only touches the middle positive electrode (and of course the negative electrode).
