Lightweight and portable

Works but not reliable. The faceplate often falls off and I have to snap it back into place. Not a comforting thought, but it works. I didn't send it back for that reason.

Fast delivery, pretty good quality, would buy again

Very fast arrival time. Couldn't see it on a Chromebook with the Windows 10 Creator version I was fixing. Also on the same desktop but after several reboots I finally found it. Otherwise, it worked flawlessly on over 20 other computers - both laptops and desktops.

Great portable CD/DVD drive.

I have an ultra thin laptop and wanted a portable drive that could be plugged in without additional software/driver installation packages. That's great. Installs automatically in Windows 7/8/10 without additional drivers. I hooked it up to multiple computers and it works within seconds. That's great. I ended up backing up about 200 DVDs on my computer with this drive.

smart and light

Light and easy to use. After purchasing this DVD drive, we can take a CD/VCD from the library and connect it to the computer. So that we can enjoy the movie and music in the bedroom as I don't want to go to the living room to open my desktop. Very happy with this external CD/DVD drive.
