Optimized ATV Winch Mount: Extreme Max 5600.3169 for Polaris RZR 570/800 Review

I put this on my 2018 RZR 570 and it fits perfectly and is well built. Make sure the fasteners are loose until you install the winch so all the holes line up.

When preparing for installation, I noticed that according to the description, 4 washers were missing. It was tedious to stop what I was doing and only go to Homedepot to wash.

At the time of purchase it was not advertised that it would not fit a 2 bolt winch. Absolutely not. A real crap because it's a good system. I am returning it for this reason! If you have a 4 bolt winch, be sure to buy one.

I installed this on a Rzr 570 EPS. It was perfect. However, this was very difficult to determine. Be sure to remove the front plastic on the Rzr. friend with small hands. :) But it works and fits well. For your information. The winch I installed is perfect for this mount.

These will not fit even though they should be rated for the RZR570. I ended up having to turn the front brackets upside down and modify them with my grinder to make everything fit. If you look at Polaris brackets and compare them to these you will see what I mean (Polaris brackets are already reversed and properly notched).

2012 Polaris 570 Shaver. Obviously bought for the price and the details say it works with a 2 bolt winch. I had a Badland 2500 2 bolt. It doesn't work for that. I had to pull into a 3500lb badland with 4 bolts. But the mount fitted perfectly and held the 3500 very tight. I don't see a way to get this to work for 2 bolts without ordering or making a 4 to 2 conversion platform, but at this point I would recommend a higher quality setup. NOT MANUFACTURED FOR 2500. Instructions state this is for a 2 hole mount, not a 4 hole mount. That is not right. I was able to get this to work because I bought the $5 mount in Port Freight and cut off the Clewse mount. I also followed another review and flipped the corner brackets to better align the winch. Used this winch mount on our 2017 Polaris 570 EPS. The quality of the product is very good, the parts are powder coated and are the right thickness and strength for a UTV. The instructions were good but could have been better, it took a while to figure out exactly how the mount works. The hardware seemed fine, all parts were present, however none of the bolts were hardened and one of the nuts had rust.
