This liner is fairly easy to apply and dries quickly but has a sticky texture that really sticks to the eyes. It doesn't smudge or move at all even after two days pass, but I believe that's because the product itself may contain harmful ingredients. Terrible product, caused a red swollen line at application site. I tried it 3 times thinking maybe it was the false lashes I was using or the eyeshadow or the applicator brush. But definitely a liner. Even after wearing it for a few hours, I removed the liner with makeup remover and saw a distinct raised puffy line. It took days for the swelling to go down, even after washing and moisturizing the face. Then there was itching and peeling. I wish I could go back but the window would barely close

Added: Use water to refresh it and then shake it. Seems to help so far. I bought these because the liner that came with my lashes didn't last long. The clear liner didn't last very long, but it's still pretty useable. But the other black pencil was already dry. I used one at a time because it makes sense, right? You shouldn't sell 2 when you should use them interchangeably, or at least that's what the packaging says. My advice: Find another seller who sells 1 piece at a time.
