The extra portable ice/heat pack is a nice touch. For the most part it works and the mask holds a decent temperature for about 10 minutes. The most annoying thing about the mask are the straps. The top straps are secure, but they go right over your ear, and if you take them off too quickly you could paper clip your ears. This mask is amazing but there are a few things I would like to change a little. I read the reviews to understand why the straps don't fit properly. You have to cross them at the back and that fits much better. I really wish the mask was bigger to cover my whole face. It covers most, but it would be nice if it covered everything up to my ears. I bought this to put ice on my face to reduce inflammation from acne on my cheeks. Unfortunately, the width of the mask only covers half of my cheeks. The picture shows that about half of the mask stays out of contact with the cooling balls so it basically doesn't do what I bought it to do. Well as you can see from the pictures (haha) it's more than enough for your face! It is beautiful and practical because the gel beads cool down but never freeze. The inner lining resembles soft velor material and feels comfortable. The straps are attached with Velcro, adjustable and easy to put on the head.
