So Easy To Use! in my review

Just got this product, opened box, added batteries and it works! So easy! Wanted one of these and so glad I bought it. It's the same brand as my digital thermometer which also works great!

Pros

Solid performer, easy to read, good price

This unit also has an expanding hinge which is useful if you have large fingers, and helps to relieve the pressure on smaller ones. Easy to read color display. I can’t comment on its accuracy since I do not have a respiratory condition but if I did I would reach for this before a thermometer.

  • We liked this when my husband had a stent put in and needed to make sure his oxygen level was good.

  • May not be covered by insurance or other healthcare programs

Seems to be a great product!

After buying several really awful pulse oximeters, this one is easy to use/read, reads very quickly, and seems like a great product!

Pros
  • So far it read excellent first time using it my father is homebound so this is perfect to read oxygen.
Cons
  • May be difficult to clean and maintain over time

Hear sensitive, not reliable

We have 15 of these (medical) and when they were used outdoors in the summer heat, we lost over half of them. They would either go blank or not sense finger or couldn’t ever finish reading (flashing dashes). They were unreliable inside as well after about 2 weeks, same problems.

  • This is a little boxier than I expected but it has a nice color screen. Works quickly.
Cons
  • May not provide consistent readings for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions

Doesn’t work-UPDATE

Does not work. The replacement arrived the nex day and it works perfectly. Easy to read and performs exactly as described.

Buy it! Quality/Accuracy for the price

I’ve had several of these and this one is the best value for the price! Comes with a wrist band which is an added bonus! Buy it!

  • So far it works very well and seems to be accurate. Its been 2 days since we have started using it.
Cons
  • May require regular calibration to maintain accuracy
