Great system - easy to learn & get started with it right away.

The ability for my team members across multiple offices around Canada as well at home base is great! I love being able use it from anywhere via mobile device or computer without having access issues when working remotely during COVID times!! It's easy enough so anyone can learn this system quickly & efficiently which makes us more efficient overall. Nothing really - just keep up w/the updates because they are always adding new features but not too many changes once you get used ot everything…

  • Very user friendly interface design ! :) Also has lotsa options available upon request by customer representatives who make themselves readily accessible should any problems arise while using our service(s)

Overall, good construction document management system

The ability to keep track of jobsite documents is what I like best about this software. It also allows for multiple users to access at once which makes it easy when you have several people working together on one job. Sometimes there are issues where if you save something after another user edited it then it doesn't update until you go back into your own file. This can be frustrating but not too big of deal since it's only happened a couple times. We use this program mostly to store drawings…

Pros
  • How well organized everything looks, very simple interface with good functionality all around! Also has an option that lets me know how many pages in my document before printing out instead having them print more than necessary just because we didn’t tell him/her otherwise beforehand :) Great way get things done efficiently!!!!! Love using FCS!!!!
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
