Description of FAG 7200B TVP Polyamide Clearance Rotational

Axially asymmetric races with a 40 degree contact angle to support both axial and radial loads. CN (normal) radial internal clearance for applications that do not involve thermal expansion or atypical precision. Polyamide/nylon cage evenly spaces the rollers for even load distribution and prevents contact to reduce friction, vibrations, and noise. Open bearing for lubrication in place and for use in applications with little exposure to dirt, grime, debris, and other contaminants.

Terrible quality bearings for machinery

The bearings did not last through normal usage, causing significant downtime and requiring replacing. Through trial and error, I found that the bearings were poorly designed and made, leading to their quick failure. The low price point may be tempting, but it's not worth the cost in lost productivity.

Pros
  • Affordable price point
Cons
  • Poor quality and quick failure

To have a better product description and better research products!

I paid extra for the bearing because I changed it on my Harley XLH1200, there was no literature or bearing installation guide. I didn't know the bearing was directional and installed it wrong, I had a 50 percent chance. I take some of the blame, but the description of the bearing must state that the bearing is directional.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • crumpled

They should do it at the factory

The stock bearing on my Buell was bi-directional even though it takes power in one direction. This is a highly recommended update. You can install it in a Sportster clutch without removing the primary cover. This would of course be easier. So if you need to switch to the primary version, it's worth making this upgrade. Otherwise, this can be done by simply removing the derby cover. IMPORTANT! Make sure you put it in the right direction or it will fall apart the first time you squeeze the…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some mistakes
