Nice fan with very good performance. Also very quiet at high altitudes. Our technician installed it and said the instructions were almost non-existent, but he did it! The lights are very bright and although the color can be adjusted it would be nice if they were dimmable.

Fandelier is made of hard plastic but also crystals hanging. I wish it was all glass or a higher quality product. One of the clear plastic pieces was literally broken. I had to put clear tape on it and when it was lifted I noticed it was dirty on the inside and only looked cheap up close. It's beautiful from afar

The fan is functional and elegant! The remote works great, installed the included storage bracket next to the light switch. The crystals are beautiful, my electrician hung them for me. Installation is time consuming, we love the look and the fact that the fan blades are retractable. We put one in our dining area and a second in our formal living room. We don't like that the wires shimmer through the crystal balls. It must have some kind of cover. It would be really nice if there could be a dimmer for lights. We like its overall look.

Not a fan of the constant beeping every time you touch the switch. It's a cool chandelier and the beep makes it feel cheap. I've noticed that if I leave it running across the bed all night it makes some random noises and they wake me up and I have to turn the fan off.
