This is a great little card game that is not terribly hard to teach but has a lot going for it and some complexity. At its heart it's a Rummy variant - each player has a hand of 7 cards. On your turn, you either draw a card or choose a discard to take into your hand. Then, you have to discard one card. I mostly play this game with my husband, but we also played with a group of six at a boardgame party and I can confidently state that both the 2-player and multiplayer versions are really fun! The combinations of different suits are not quite endless, but there is still so much variety that we have a lot of fun every time we play.

The game is interesting, fun, and short for when you don't have enough time for a more challenging game or you're getting others into board gaming that aren't ready for a heavier weight game.

I was gifted this game and thought it was so fun and easy that I bought 2 copies as gifts for non-gamer friends, who liked it. The flavor is a bit heavy fantasy, but the game mechanics are pretty straightforward.This is a deck drafting game where people try to get the best hand of 7 cards in a set number of turns, drawing and discarding cards one at at time.
