We used a 500GB Fantom Drives USB external SSD with a Dell XPS 9570, a 2015 MacBookPro and a Sony phone. This external SSD works exactly as advertised. Quickly. Very easy to use. All cables included (thanks!) and no problem. A little more than some, but that's not a problem for my purposes. I was careless and got the Mac version when I really want to use it on Windows. So I had to mount it (no problem) and then delete the Mac partition and create a Windows NTFS partition instead.
