I'm a fan of belts and suspenders when it comes to many technology applications. As of this writing, the leading wireless service provider in the United States is offering real-time service for most of today. No problem, I had a second cell phone with a competing network that worked great all day. Here's what the family MAC expert thinks: The Fantom Drive GForce 3.1 External Hard Drive is a great portable backup drive. It has a brushed aluminum body that appears to stop bullets and smooth, rounded corners that make it very easy to slip into a pocket. This drive features a USB-C connector for fast connection and comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable as well as a regular USB-to-C cable. It also came with what appears to be a faux leather case, it's not very pretty but I can't imagine wanting to put the disc in the case. All in all, this is a great portable hard drive that's durable, looks good, is small, and has a fast (10GB/s) connection. For the included 500GB drive at the current price I would rate it. 5 Stars.
