Dreadful Headpiece Ruined My Outfit

Using this product, our team found that the fascinator was of poor quality and made with cheap materials. The ruffles protruded in strange directions, looked untidy, and did not complement the outfit... The only pro is that the headband was comfortable. However we would not recommend this to anyone who cares about women's fashion..
