I like that it can be used by multiple people in one account, which makes managing projects easier than having to use separate accounts for each person involved with them! I like that it allows me to track my hours, as well as assign tasks to other members of our team. The interface can sometimes be confusing. Sometimes when you are looking at your project list or task assignment view for one day there will suddenly appear another week worth of projects/tasks which was not in those views before. The best thing I like about this application was its easy to use dashboard, fast response for all my queries from support team which makes me feel more confortable with them as it gives you confidence that they are always there when your need help! I like that you can run reports for your employees right from the platform, it's easy to add new users and manage them well with this tool.
