I bought them to make a pin for a steampunk outfit. You have done a great job. They are quite heavy, but not too heavy when assembled. I definitely recommend them.

If you've ever searched for this type of gear, you've come across sites that sell the "Real Deal" at 5x the price per item. A word of caution - these are not "real" keyholes and keys, they are purely decorative but that's enough for me. Boxes, chests, cabinets, etc. look beautiful on it. Hang the key on a tassel ribbon, bow or tassel string and it will look absolutely amazing!

Just bought a second set, having bought and used the first set just over a year ago to make and sell jewelry. I could use some of them to make jewelry because they sold well, but this time I plan to use the mixed media part. LOVE these keys and locks. Only thing that would be better would be if the keys match the locks but hey. If I attach it to an artwork, it doesn't matter.
