Built with conscience! - Baking & Cookie Sheets

I have purchased these sheets before and have been very happy with their durability and finish. You can use them for years and they are easy to care for, I clean mine by washing them while they are still warm from the oven.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Hard to say

I love FDs but these were bent

I ONLY have Fat Dad products, they are my favorites. These came bent. They don't lie flat and it's very annoying. I don't just use the FD for pies, I cook chicken, lasagna and everything, and I like deep, long pans. But this is a disappointment.

Pros
  • Great selection

Hands down best

I've been a fan of Fat Daddio since I made my first purchase from them. Their bakeware is a best buy for the price. I can always rely on even baking and the products are easy to clean. They are made for life. I would recommend them to any kitchen and budding baker.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons

Heavy duty but rounded edges not sealed

Sufficiently strong sheet pan but disappointed that rounded edges have a leaky seam allowing food crumbs to get under the rounded edges. I usually buy baking sheets at restaurant hardware stores and these are not what I would expect from professional quality baking equipment. I've been very happy with other Fat Daddio's baking sheets, but probably wouldn't buy any other.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

KISS: Keep it simple, dumbass.

This is a really well made product. He has weight. Just be aware that it'll warp in the oven anyway (they all warp), but because it's made of thick steel it won't burst and splatter you with hot sauce. It slowly deforms when heated and slowly unfolds when cooled, making it more controllable. Good quality pans are really inexpensive (I mean $15-20. 4 lattes, right?!) Buy a heavy pan, groom it with a Brillo pad occasionally and you'll have it. forever and ever! And finally, if you want to avoid…

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Exactly what I needed for my Oster convection oven!

I love this pan! Perfect size, solid and I'll be buying another one or two. I don't have a regular oven so I use a large Oster convection oven and none of the pans I normally use will fit. I've only used aluminum foil, disposable frying pans, or the grid that came with it for a while, but I really needed a real frying pan for a lot of things. It fits perfectly and the quality is much better than I expected. Let's see if the same company has a pizza pan. I always look for non-toxic non-stick…

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Almost never

Perfect pans! on baking and cookie trays

These trays are perfect. I've worked in a bakery for many years and while it's not the same brand [ours were much, much older], they bake just as well, if not better. I use coconut oil to smear things like brownies, which come out perfect, nice, and tender with a small bite of about 1/4 inch. There are no sharp edges here! I even have 4 of these now in 1/2 sheet sizes and I'm going to make a three layer cake with them for 300. I also use them for everyday cooking. From chicken strips to fish…

  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Stamped so heavily that the logo appears on BOTH sides of the sheet!

I hate the logos on the hob of aluminum sheets and pans as oil residue polymerizes in these areas making them even harder to clean. So I asked the community about this because I wanted something to replace my old Nordic sheets. Scandinavian brands are mine now and I will not buy them. The municipality assured me that they were only stamped on the back. NO ONE HAS POINTED OUT THAT THE STAMP WAS SO DEEP THAT IT CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN ON THE BACK. correspond to the pan size. Most pans have two sets…
