Good, simple warm-up device

A simple weight that can be used in three positions on the warm-up bar. It is a bit difficult to attach and remove iron shafts. Easier with thinner driveshafts.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not sure

Great warm up

This is a great warm up that can be adjusted to the bottom, middle or top of the racquet you want to swing with to warm up. Fits in a pocket and you can take it anywhere for fear of something flying.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Zero

Cocha weight swing.

They are great for practicing swing balance as well as developing strength while swinging shells. Not to warm up before a round. Studies have shown that swinging a weighted stick before a game slows your swing. Use something like whistling or turning the driver upside down to increase speed before the game.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Great heater!

I like it because with a little effort you attach it to the racquet and start swinging the racquet, first light short swings, then full swings. This is great for me, the eldest, with a very stiff back. The only thing I don't like about it is that the red was advertised for someone with a slow swing speed and I see it's for women. Blue is for men. The red works but I feel like I should have bought the blue to better stretch my back. If the seller reads this, can I exchange it for the blue one?

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
