The gasket kit I received today - 24/05/21 - has 5 gaskets pictured. Timing cover gasket, crank gasket, 2 oil pump gaskets and 5th o-ring - I think this is for the o-ring bolt which is not sold separately. super impressed.

Good quality but missing oil pump seals. The oil pump is attached to the timing case and the gaskets need to be reinstalled. I had to drive to the nearest dealer to buy these seals before I could replace the cap. So buy these gaskets if you plan to remove the timing case cover.

All seals fit perfectly. If you service timing or oil pumps on your 1st generation Mini, this is the kit for you. The kit includes an O-ring for the oil pickup tube. To replace this particular O-ring you will need to pull out the oil pan for replacement. So it's a bit odd that it comes with this kit and not a pan gasket.

I'll start by saying I usually like Felpro seals. However, this particular purchase was for a VERY time sensitive project that I was rebuilding. Spent the night on this kit for a car that needed 1400 miles the next day. It turned out that the kit does not include all the oil pump seals shown in the photo. In the end, the broken, lifeless old ones had to be reused with the addition of sealant. never felt good about it since.
