This is a much better gasket than the original Ford gasket, the entire gasket is an aluminum piece with Ruben sealant top and bottom. The original manufacturer put rubber sealant in the corners, so mine is leaking instead of an all-aluminum part. Thanks again

Perfect for my 2010 Ford F150 6R80 Transmission. The inner gasket seems to fit well. Time will tell if there will be any leaks. While they say the factory OEM seal can be reused, I couldn't afford to risk the OEM seal being in good condition as I was doing the job myself about 18 miles out of town and didn't want to risk it to be stranded.

Good replacement for the original. My advice to anyone looking for a transmission seal is to get one just like the original. The national parts dealer didn't stock it, but they tried to sell me the rubber version they stocked. If you put on a cheap rubber gear and parts of it come loose in the gear, you may need to buy a new gear. Gears are very sensitive and expensive. Don't mess with cheap parts or fluids. Also purchase a torque wrench and torque to specification.
