The product serial number in the box does not work

I can not know if these products are good because the activation key in the box does not work. Is it easy to fix? There's a number on the internet. That also does not work.

The new version is not that user friendly.

This version 5.0 is a bit more difficult to use. Not as convenient as version 4.0. Due to my computer's operating system, I needed a new version. I didn't like that they sent it to me in a ziplock bag. I was expecting to receive a full box of the product as I was told it was new.

Waste of money Good for office electronics

Don't waste your money on this if you don't have enough time to get it working properly. I've used several labeling systems over the years and never had so many problems and wasted labels and ink! I recently had Epson printers with CD printing capability - they worked beautifully; It's just a shame that the printers didn't last long. This program is far from intuitive and requires training to make Mount Everest appear flat. Whoever wrote this program is definitely a sadist.

Pros
  • This is great

  • Not reliable

Surprisingly, I can't burn a CD without a label now!

This product works surprisingly well. I use it to create CD labels using the labels Amazon sells. There's a slight learning curve, but after a few CDs you'll get the hang of it. The hardest part is printing and aligning everything with the sheet you're printing on, but it's relatively easy. Save your game and then download the graphic from there to make your CD look real. Very useful for custom music CDs. I like putting song titles right on the disc. Putting a cover on a CD is very easy, a…

Good but no instructions

When I first received this set I was disappointed when attempting to make my first label. The layout of the labeling spindle was easy to understand and runs smoothly. But I'm not computer savvy so I didn't do ANYTHING with the label. Installing the program was easy. But there is simply no manual for the software. I think you should know all these "things". On a previous computer I had a program that allowed me to do all sorts of things and make the prettiest labels and I didn't even know what I
