Used when replacing VCT solenoids

They've been on my truck for about 2000 miles with no problems. My mechanic said everything fits perfectly. 2010 F150 5.4 3V

Leak after 10,000 km.

Fits well except the pin bushings are a little loose in the valve cover. After 10,000 miles there was a leak which I will be replacing with a new Ford part.

Excellent Fit - Gaskets

Secure fit and high quality gaskets for Ford 5.4L. Comes with enough rubber spacers to cover different years valve covers with different number of bolt holes.

Ideal for 08 Expedition. bushings included.

I ordered this gasket set as part of a complete timing chain change. The fit was perfect and comfortable. When putting the valve covers on the car, you didn't have to worry about the gaskets falling out of the grooves. I have found that an easy way to swap out bushings is to place the open end of a 10mm box wrench over the old bushing and press down. It only took a few seconds to pick each one off. Installed in weeks and several hundred miles, no leaks.

The part is fine, but do your research before you jump into the 5.4-litre F150.

Problematic operation on a 2007 5.4 liter F150. Make sure you do some research before taking any chances as this is quite a difficult task. I was able to remove the passenger side without cutting off the A/C refrigerant flow (which the manual says was drained prior to the project) but this requires removing everything possible from that side of the engine bay and plastic wheel arch. The driver's side is a bit simpler, but definitely not very fun. The seal worked fine. could have used a little…
