Works great with hydraulic equipment

I had to cut the vanity drain line to clean the drain line in the wall (yes it was a mistake). Try using a coupler with threaded rings on the end from a local hardware store. It wasn't worth the shit. I ordered these and installed them. Everything is dry in the hustle and bustle.

Pros
  • Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Plumbing
Cons
  • Expensive

Great for my purpose.

I used this to attach a 1.5" dust bag to an orbital sander on a 2.5" hose connector. The small end with a piece of tape on the connector is perfect. After removing the clamps, the hose nozzle is placed on the other end. See my Grizzly grinder review.

Pros
  • Hydraulic Kit
Cons
  • Long Stock

You need to know how to order the right size. Not me.

1 1/2 inch ID. I thought it was 1 1/4 inches so it's too big for my needs. I think I should have understood that it is designed for a 1 1/4 inch ID pipe that has a certain thickness that adds up to 1 1/2 inches. You have to know how to measure tubing to get the right fit and I didn't know that. I don't know why they can't just state the inside diameter of this item as 1 1/2 inches. Well, live and learn.

Pros
  • Couplings
Cons
  • Can't remember
