I needed storage for glasses in a hot rod that I built with limited space between the seats. It fits in there. I had a hard time finding something this slim with a couple of can holders. If you need something that fits in a 7 inch space, you won't find anything better.

I bought this to use in the passenger seat when traveling alone. The shape lends itself much better to being used between the two rear seats. It's a bit small for my needs, and the cup holders were such that I couldn't put a water bottle in and out with one hand. It seemed very good, but not suitable for my purpose. I returned it. I can just slip the seat belt in my shoebox and it will be just as useful without the $20 cost.

I ordered this to keep my "essentials" within reach on the passenger floor and nested within the console. It's convenient to have things on hand that don't fit in my car's built-in storage compartments: a "cube" of tissues, a microfiber cloth for wiping displays, a sun visor, a compact umbrella, a bulky sunglass case, etc. But what's really ok, this is for storing my small dog's travel gear: bags, leashes, small water bowl, water bottle, etc. It's narrow enough to fit the passenger's legs but…
