Pros: cheap and functional. I bought this for a shelf in a very tight space next to my washer/dryer and it does the job. Easy assembly, even if it takes some time. Note that I have the top part below to create the legs and that works fine. Cons: This item is not of the highest quality. Many of the metal rods were easily bent or came loose at the seam - not so much as to render them unusable, but made it difficult to assemble the device and produced some sharp points, so be careful.

It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted a compact shoe rack that is big and can hold a lot of shoes. It works great, holds together, I've had it for a few months now. I keep 10 boots on it and that fits a height of 6ft 1in. The only annoying thing was assembling it. You have to combine things in a certain way, and that's especially frustrating if you're a perfectionist. So a lot of disassembly and reassembly. I would still buy it again as it is exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price.

I would post a video but didn't come up with the best build method until I was halfway through the build path. I found the easiest way for me was to assemble each shelf separately, with the bottom posts ready to be inserted into the top of the shelf beforehand. When you open the box, there is a dizzying amount of random parts. There are actually only five different parts. There are flexible shelves, long metal posts, short metal posts, and two types of plastic corner connectors. The key to fast assembly is correct alignment of the corner joints.
