Good product but the bottom of the filter came loose on first use :(. still works. but can be dirty if it comes loose during brewing.

Makes great iced coffee. Easy to set up! Simply add the desired amount of coffee grounds, fill up with water, place on the kitchen table and let it steep. I use Trader Joe's Winter Blend coffee grounds. Great taste! I use a ground cup and it brews just the way I like my coffee. quality product!

I placed this on a standard half gallon mason jar and poured coffee into it. Then I slowly poured water in until the bottle was full. The next morning I removed the coffee grounds strainer. I had a fantastic tasting iced coffee! It was easy to do. I keep telling my family that iced coffee isn't just hot coffee, it's cold, and now they believe me!

I misunderstood that a wide mouth jar is required when ordering and I must say that the service from this company was impeccable. I was able to reach them by phone, they did everything they could to help me through my dilemma. The delivery was incredibly fast. I'm currently brewing my first batch and can't wait to try it. The product is of very high quality. You can even use it to brew flavored vodka. 😁

This is an amazing little system. Makes very tasty coffee. But what impressed me the most was the customer service! I had an issue with my first set and the seller went above and beyond what one would expect in helping me get it right by sending me a brand new set including the tin! Wow. All companies must be so impressive! I wish they made more stuff to buy! Fantastic experience all round. 😁

I love this quality product that is well made and durable. My favorite size for cold brew, iced tea and infused water. The lid seems well made (so I bought 3 more). The funnel is also well made and collapsible, making storage easier. The filter should work very well as it is stainless and multi-layered and not porous like my other filters. I will try to filter grape juice with it. In that case I will buy another kit or filter.

Tried the special pitchers and sent them back. I just bought this simple mesh insert and it was the simplest and easiest way to make a cold drink. I used it in liter wide mouth jars because I don't have anything bigger now. I typically use about 5 scoops of specially ground cold brew mix. It turns out an excellent infusion. Then I drink it straight, usually mixed with cream because we're keto and fat doesn't scare me. Nothing to regret. Easy. Economically. That's all you need. Doesn't leak…

We bought this because my husband and I love coffee every morning but we wanted something better Cold brew coffee is less acidic and less bitter! We found that we can have 2 pitchers; the one that is "cooked” (because it takes 24 hours to cook) and the one that we drink. We have another jar (the same size) and a wide-mouth plastic lid.
