The ball retriever itself is well constructed and easy to use, so very happy with it. The additional ball pickup tool that was included for addition to the end of the putter is useless since it was made to obviously pick up larger golf balls than those I play with.

I like that it works easily and is compact enough to fit in the side pocket of my golf bag. I have used it several times and it works fine.

Love the product. I’ve had 2 ball grabbers before this one, and this product is far above the rest in many categories. Most importantly, the product is very sturdy. It is obvious upon holding the product that it is built with good materials. The metal is solid & the plastic is hard. Unlike other grabbers, this product does not bend. I also like how the telescopic aspect is engineered. Overall, a solid product.

This product works great! Lost golf balls can be found easy and picked up with this handy tool. This telescopes a long distance so retrieving a golf ball is easy.

Works great, but not sure how it will hold up over time. Could be a little heavier plastic parts. So far so good. That's my feedback.

The spring action takes a little getting used to but it is very effective once you get the hang of it! Lightweight and collapses so it can be stored in a small compartment in your bag

It works fine but… it doesn’t fit through a standard chain link fence and it’s a bit heavier than I would have liked. That's my review.

The spring loaded ball retrievers are my favorite because you can hover over the ball and simply press down releasing the trap and securing the ball. They are typically designed with a small lever catch to prevent the trap from unloading until you are using it. This model had a poorly engineered (or manufactured) catch lever that would deploy and prevent the trap from springing when using. My answer was to simply rip that (fairly cheap plastic) lever off the device. It is working just fine.Time

There's a tab that locks the secondary ring that kept getting caught on the brush and closing, it was preventing the balls from getting scooped up. After I ripped it off though it works great

The latch on the ball retriever does not stay in the open position. Consequently, the ball retriever says closed when trying to retrieve a golfball. Awkward!Very pleased with Company. They contacted me after my product review and provided me with a comparable golf ball retriever that does not have a latch. The Company representative was very helpful in doing everything to assure that I am a satisfied customer.

Took me a few minutes of practice to retrieve balls from the water. Excellent telescoping feature. Limited length, but good combination of length and weight. I have a longer one in my golf cart, and it is much heavier.

You need to cover/pickup the ball with the opened latch pointing to the right. Otherwise the ring will close when attempting to capture the ball.

It is a sturdy device. A little stiff on first use. Needed to use a lubricant on shaft to git it lengthened. Thanks for attention.
