The sleeve is VERY large. It fits comfortably with two of my fingers but is too bulky to use on one. Otherwise it works as intended.

I was really excited to get this ice pack for my fingers as I have rheumatoid arthritis in one of my fingers. I put it in the freezer overnight and it didn't get cold at all. The instructions say to put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Very disappointed with this product.

After less than 2 hours in the freezer it became too hard to wrap an injured finger. I found another similar product that works much better for cold use. It's great for thermotherapy and holds heat much longer than other products I've bought. I want it to work well in both hot and cold weather.

Everything is fine. I wish it fit my finger better and I wish it stayed cold longer like some of the other reviewers have said, but honestly, while they're not perfect, they're a lot better than trying ice or cold use. Packaging is not intended for fingers. BUT… so far one of them has been leaked. The gel started to flow out in two places. That's a problem now.

I put this in the freezer overnight and when I took it out of the freezer it didn't look like it had soaked up much cold? But it's just an outer material that feels like "suede" and is very soft and IMO repels the cold until you pinch the sleeve to the finger you need it on. Then it gets very cold! They offer excellent warmth and their shape fits well between the fingers and offers comfort. They hold up well, and while I wish they stayed warm a little longer, I think it's a compromise for a comfortable size without the added bulk. Overall I would say great if you just want to keep one finger warm and still want to be mobile.
