Haven't used it yet but one bottle was open and a quarter of it was gone

Photos taken as soon as I opened the box and took it out. There were dried shampoo fingerprints on the outside of the shampoo bottle so I opened the cap, the cap was cut off and about 20% of the contents were gone. Apparently used and sent back. The conditioner bottle is full and unopened. I'm very unhappy. I have no idea if they are good or not. I don't care, I'm mad they sent me a used item. 🤬 All I can say is that it smells good.

It gave me a terrible itch!

Has no smell, doesn't help with moisturizing and honestly I was itchy terribly! I mean my whole head was scaly and itchy so bad I thought I was going crazy! And that after one application. I used it again to see if it could be something different but even after waiting a few days (5 to be exact) between washes it dried my hair even more. This set works wonderfully with my hair. It has a very fresh clean scent and leaves my hair bouncy, soft and shiny. SHAMPOO - The shampoo has a good consistency and is not heavy like some other coconut hair products. It has excellent lather for a product that is sulfate free. Label doesn't match ingredient list

Well, you can't judge a book or a bottle by its cover/label! I am looking for a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and was excited to try these products because the label lists the parabolas as sulfate free and the back of the bottle lists methosulfates in the ingredients! Also, the bottle leaked on arrival which was fun to clean up but that's not the point. I will return them and continue my search and read the ingredients more carefully.

Perfect for curly hair!

I have very thick curls and have previously tried literally every shampoo and conditioner available at my local pharmacy/supermarket/store and nothing seemed to do anything other than increase the dryness and damage.
