Try a different brand; this xylophone sounds sour

We are not big fans of this xylophone. I chose the Fisher-Price over many other options because it had a hammer attached to it with a string which I thought would serve the dual purpose of keeping us from losing the hammer and my son too allowed to use it as a walk. along the toy. Unfortunately, the cable is so short that not only can he not walk with it, he can barely maneuver the hammer to hit the keys (that's what you call metal parts?). Another thing I don't like about this xylophone is…

Not as good as the original

Normal toy. Our kids had an original Fisher-Price xylophone and loved it, so we decided to buy one for our grandson. The original had a long cord, and when you pulled it, the little hammers below made music. This one doesn't have any, and the string is so short that it's useless, especially since the stick you're supposed to play the xylophone with is attached to the string, making the instrument very difficult to play. I cut the stick and it helped. But the stick is so long that if your baby…

My grandson is one year old and his face lights up every time he taps it. The rope that the stick is attached to is a latch 22. This is great because you don't have to worry about losing the stick. However, it is a bit short and makes playing some notes difficult. But I understand that if it was too long it could pose a choking hazard and it could hit the…

Just cut the cord. suitable for baby toys

This toy was very well received by my 13 month old daughter. She has been obsessed with everything and everyone since she was little (5 months old), even a bit musical. I had to show her how to play it several times, but she figured it out quickly and plays with it every day now. All keys seem to be perfectly matched. But to be honest, even if it wasn't, it wouldn't have bothered me much at such a young age. Oh well. This xylophone is very well built and has held up amazingly well to my rough…
