Doesn't work

Unfortunately I waited too long and missed the return window. I tried punching through a sheet of cardboard just to get a punch jam. Squeezing it from the bottom up with each hit I can get it to work, but what a pain. I contacted Fiskars to claim the lifetime warranty. I received an automated response that they were reserved and that I would receive an email response within 15-20 business days.

1.73-1.74 inches or 4.4 cm, not 2 inches - but a bull's eye!

First of all this hole punch isn't 2" but I ordered it after reading the reviews because I needed to make a ton of round labels just under 1.75" to make to fit the cap. It fits perfectly. Too bad there is so little product description - the packaging clearly states that the circles are 1.73 inches or 4.4 cm in diameter. When I measure, I get closer to 1.74 inches and 4.4 cm. Unfortunately you can not see it online and this product appears in the search results for 2 inch rotary hammers. So 5…
