It took a little time to install, I was very afraid that it would break, so it was thin. Finally arrived. Now I wish I had never installed it and just bought an OEM replacement. It's so weak that when I drive now, this connection keeps shaking and distorting the image while you're driving. You don't want to sit there for long seconds trying to figure out what the heck is in your mirror and in your room. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I taped the broken mirror and removed it as shown in the video. The new mirror is up. Some reviewers have mentioned vibration and I see a bit of it, but for the passenger side mirror it's not an issue. The only issue I had (and it's not the product's fault) was a video showing how to tell if you have a heated mirror by looking at the heated symbol on an old mirror. I purchased driver and passenger rearview mirrors for my 2009 Ford F150 STX because of a recent hail storm here in Colorado. Both replaced in 10 minutes.
