This is enough in a pinch, but you get what you pay for!

This cable is technically CAT5e certified, but in general it's one of the worst grades of cable I've ever worked with. The outer PVC jacket is so thin that the cable can be kinked extremely easily when exiting the box. I mean, if you're doing some house wiring, you'll probably be fine. If you're doing commercial work or somewhere that's subject to some degree of wear and tear, spend the extra money and buy the next pack of better quality cables.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Worries me

VERY FRAGILE. DEFINITELY NOT.

VERY FRAGILE. BE SURE NOT TO BEND THE END OF THIS WIRE - YES I USE IT FOR VIDEO SECURITY BALUNS BUT BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS OTHER DESIGNATED. I don't know but a cat with RJ45 ends might be fine.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Not Pure Copper: Ethernet Cable

Needed something quick and overlooked the fact it was marked CCA. The product is not pure copper and does not meet Cat 5e standards. CCA has lower tensile strength and higher internal resistance and becomes brittle over time.

Another happy customer!

Very happy with the quality of the cable and the condition when it arrived. I think some reviews said it came with 25 ends but I didn't know that and the fact that the ends were skipped really unified my whole purchase because I also ordered a pass-through pliers on the same day have.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

This is enough in a pinch, but you get what you pay for!

The cable is technically CAT5e compliant, but generally it's one of the smaller classes of cable I've worked with. If you're doing commercial work or somewhere that's subject to some degree of wear and tear, spend the extra money and buy the next pack of better quality cables.

Fail, Fail, Fail -- Epic Fail

This product fails right out of the box. Bulk Cat5E cable really has one and only one requirement (besides meeting the requirements for Cat5E, which this cable doesn't meet as it's primarily aluminum wire) – it must be easy to pull. This cable is terrible - it gets twisted and twisted all the time. I started pulling it and could only do about 10 feet at a time which sucks. Compared to a freshly emptied case of General Cable Cat5E (which pulls beautifully), that's utter nonsense. With the…
