Installation is easy. The touchscreen sensitivity is not the same as the original screen. Some areas of the screen do not respond to touch.

Garbage. After spending all that time removing the original screen and getting everything ready, I discovered that the replacement screen was broken. The final step is to remove the "protective layer". It came off but left a huge stain. Nothing helps to remove. Very disappointed and don't know what to do.

Fixes an old broken iPad we hid indoors for less than $20. It was very easy to install. Total time was less than 30 minutes on an iPad 2. The instructions provided were weak, but a YouTube video that was later stopped fixed the issue. Excellent quality. I highly recommend.

Perfect screen and easy installation. My iPad 2 looks like new again. Great screen quality at a great price. Repairs at the shop where I live would cost over $100. Do-it-yourself repairs could take an hour because I watched the steps on YouTube. Be sure to heat the edges with a hair dryer before attempting to pry off the screen. Otherwise it will tear and all the glue will not come off. By the way, you don't need a heat gun like some people say. The hair dryer worked quickly and well.

Bought this to fix my daughter's iPad in time for Christmas but it didn't work properly. 1. The glue is not very strong (even after light compression for 2-3 hours) which causes the digitizer not to work properly (dead zones or/and do something we didn't) 2.
