The product itself is solid. Comfortable, durable (the base is metal, not plastic) and good quality overall. I would have given 5 starts if the footrest hadn't been defective. It has a little button that opens the base of the footrest, so it's springy. The problem was that it didn't compress or snap into place, so getting the footrest back under the chair was tiring.
