The fabric stretches so well I really could have stuck with my Medium rather than the X-Large i ordered based on the size chart. The waist tie is also very stretchy. It's completely sheer because of the fabric but there are different levels of sheerness because the fishnet material has larger holes and the lace obviously has smaller holes.
