I like that FL does a lot of the heavy lifting in the background, while I can focus on the customer experience and tasks. If you have multiple accounts, you don't have to deal with multiple systems. We use FL for the majority of our fleet, and it is easy to use and implement. Nothing really. It works well and is easy to integrate with the other applications we use.
